We Do Recover

There are a lot of new faces around so I wanted to introduce myself and tell y’all my newest venture.

My name is Patsy Berridge, I am 30 years old and as of today I am 326 days sober and grateful for every single one of those days. Over the course of that time, I have done a lot of soul searching and purpose seeking for my life. I have always had a desire to serve and support others but I never knew what that would look like until now.

A little back story on my recovery journey- I have gone to AA. I didn’t vibe well with it in the beginning of my journey so I continued on my own. Around 7-8 months of my sobriety, I was struggling so I decided to go back and give it another shot. I went to a few and again I didn’t vibe with it. The 10 or so meetings I went to just had such depressing energy. I didn’t want to go into a room with such down energy when sobriety was something to be celebrated. Now, I’m not knocking AA because I love the big book and the steps it gives you as a guide, and if it works for you then that’s amazing. For me personally I needed something different, so I decided to create something different.

Along the way in my journey I have worked with mentors and coaches to help me shift my mindset around drinking, addiction, sobriety, and all other aspects of my life. That support has helped me tremendously so I am now offering that support to others. I will be serving others in recovery and in life shift their mindsets and step into who they were always meant to be. Helping others kick those limiting beliefs and find the courage I know they have to do what they are called to do.

I am beyond excited to have found my way to serve and support others in life. I am open and ready to take 1:1 clients whether you’re somebody looking for a sobriety coach or you’re looking for a mindset coach. I have 3 spots available so if this is something you’d love support in, please DM and let’s chat more! 💕🙏🏼💫
